Kevin Sellers is the founder and Managing Member of Cynergy Advisors, LLC, and a Registered Representative of JCC Capital Markets, LLC. Mr. Sellers has built his reputation through numerous endeavors in the energy sector. Prior to founding Cynergy, Mr. Sellers owned a series of E&P companies in the Rockies and played a crucial role in taking the companies from prospect to production. He directed many areas to include in particular the operations, financial, and strategic direction of these companies; he served in this capacity for five years. Mr. Sellers graduated from Texas State University, and currently holds his FINRA Series 7, 63, and 67 Securities Licenses.

Mr. Jarvis is an industry veteran Petroleum Engineer with 40 years of experience in various executive, management and technical positions with small to large-sized, publicly traded and independents involved in the oil and gas industry. Mr. Jarvis has an extensive background in reserve reporting, corporate planning, risk determination and modern portfolio modeling. He participated in key roles of value assessment, negotiations and the successful closing of over $2.5 billion in acquisitions and divestitures. He’s experienced in both domestic and international reserve determination and economic analysis. Mr. Jarvis also played a key role in the development of four ground floor oil and gas ventures that resulted in a viable consulting firm, Gulf Coast E&P division, start-up oil & gas company, and an international North American oil & gas subsidiary.

Mr. De Alba is a Senior Associate at Cynergy Advisors, LLC and a Registered Representative of JCC Capital Markets, LLC, serving many roles varying from Head of Business Development to Analyst, and Junior Investment Banker. Mr. De Alba graduated from the McCoy School of Business at Texas State University with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration in December of 2013. In January 2014 he joined Cynergy Advisors to head Business Development and has since generated over $600 million in transactions for the firm. Mr. De Alba currently holds his FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 Securities Licenses.
